How to Promote Your Christmas Eve Service Using Squarespace and Facebook Ads

Christmas is just around the corner.

Despite the fact that American culture is growing increasingly post-Christian, most Americans still celebrate Christmas and entertain the idea of attending church on Christmas Eve. It's one of the four common high attendance days that has the most potential for reaching the unchurched. This gives churches a great opportunity to invite their local community to Christmas Eve worship. In these two videos, I cover how to promote your Christmas Eve service using a Squarespace cover page and Facebook Ads.

If you already have a Squarespace site for your church, then adding a cover page is simple. If not, you can easily sign up for cover page for only $7/mo. When Christmas is over, simply cancel the subscription. If you are happy with the landing page you may already have for your church's Christmas Eve service, skip video one and watch video two which will teach you how to setup a Facebook Ad.

Why create a cover page?

Whenever you are promoting an event, it's always a good idea to have a compelling cover page or landing page to promote the event online. It's not completely necessary to create a cover page. You could just create a new page on your church website and then direct your Facebook Ad to that url. I love Squarespace cover pages because they look awesome, they are easy to design, and they have great call-to-action features.
